During the COVID pandemic many changes had to take place. A basic baking class started in February 2020. I took only 3 out of 11 schedule baking classes for which I paid the full amount of 500. At that time I was working and going to school full time. A verbal agreement was made to give a credit and add it to the Masters Plus class for which I paid a little over 500 out of 1,500. Today I found out the credit will not be applied. I was very excited to take the classes until now. I just lost 1000. Hope you enjoy them. I guess that the business needs the money more than I do. I know that you gave the class during summer. I took the time and effort to communicate with management since the Masters class was supposed to begin in August.
