My 5 star review goes out to Dwayne who started working at Brentwood shortly after my parents Bill and Eileen Billenstein moved in late 2016. The first time I noticed Dwayne, he was orchestrating and assisting the residents to do the Samba dance on way into the dining room. Dwayne wears many hats at Brentwood, he can do just about anything you ask of him. He is always smiling and always has a positive outlook. I visited my Dad frequently at Brentwood for 4 years after my Mom passed and Dwayne was my go to guy. He is the heart and soul of Brentwood and if there was a way to clone Dwayne, Brentwood should do it. Hang on to this guy and treat him well because if ever the day comes and he leaves Brentwood,...the music dies. I will always remember him and love him for the special soul that he is. My family member has been in Brentwood at Fore Ranch in the Memory Care for 3 years. There have been staff changes in that time which makes it confusing to him but one person there stands out and always is able to calm his fears and make everything good for him..Her name is Sharon Tolly..She is so caring and good to the residents. She cares for them like it is her own family and goes out of her way to make sure that I know what is happening with him. I could not expect better care for him. I hope this company knows what a great asset she is to them.
My grandmother enjoyed her time at Brentwood at Fore Ranch very much. She made new friends among the residents and staff and we felt good knowing she was safe and happy there. Thank you to Ginny and the rest of the staff for their dedication to residents and their families.
I have the opportunity to work with the Brentwood Fore Ranch team and would like to highlight the Memory Support Director Sharon Talley. Sharon has a servant heart and always puts the residents first. She treats them as if they are her own family. Sharon's kind, compassionate nature brings a sense of family to the community. She is a trusted advisor and has a true passion for caring for seniors with memory impairment. Thank you Sharon for all you do.
Wonderful STAFF very caring and keeps family updated. Dining room very nice,and Food is excellant. My brother who lives there enjoy all the activty Brentwood does..
