Love the process and the trip. I think they could do a little more in quality of round trip fairs for car costs. Maybe include the extra passengers...and the food seems to be less and less or not much available on ferry and the bldg for food is always closed.

Well organized. Relaxing trip across the sounds as opposed to driving through \the city\.
Easy drive to the lot. Ticket booth and small Cafe inside. Very helpful and friendly people working there. Ferries leaving about every 90 mins. Thirty-three bucks passenger-only round trip. About a 40 min ride across.
Easy on and easy off. I used the contactless book my car and family pack online. Showed bar code on phone , scanned and that was it. Vessel was very clean.
Station staffs keep the waiting room extremely clean and shining! You should feel comfortable to take off your shoes to walk inside!
