The lady working there 27th of July between 1 - 2:00pm: you were extremely rude. We were tourists from New Jersey. Had no idea how to go to the island. Drove all the way and you were just rude. Didn’t even want to talk. I simply said. We would like to purchase 3 daily pass. Answer: I am sorry! I repeat myself Answer: you can’t! We can’t go? Answer: I am sorry ( once again I repeated myself) Answer: NO! You need to purchased it, weekdays With this nasty attitude and counting the money meanwhile not even looking at my face. If you hate your job. I recommend you to change it. Thank you!
Great service & scenic trip designed for local residents. Bill at the food stand is always ready to help with food & beverages. Some of the out of town visitors can be obnoxious and rude to ferry personnel. I am not sure why the town allows those who do not pay local taxes (to keep the ferry running) are even allowed to use the very expensive ferries
Nice clean ferry but be careful they may leave a few minutes early and you will be stuck waiting for an hour for it to return.
