I had a great walk-in experience considering that I did not call ahead of time. I was worried about a company selling to Joe off the street. I walked in to the office and was greeted with a smile by the receptionist. She had someone from the office come meet me at the door. I was greeted with another smile and a firm handshake. I asked for some O-1 tool steel, and he said no problem and the he’ll check. Under a minute he comes back with my O-1 steel in hand. I did not have cash, but they took my credit card which was surprising. I will return for more steel soon. I was in and out under 5 minutes which was also surprising fast.
