We have had our daughter at this center since 2017 and we recently enrolled our infant son during a global pandemic (2020). Not only do we feel that the center is safe and clean but we know that our children are receiving top-notch quality learning. I view Bright Horizons Hoffman Estates more as a school than a daycare. I love everything about this center from the staff to the curriculum to the outdoor play space. Would highly recommend.

We love Bright Horizons! Our son has been to several different pre-schools and I was so appreciative of everything they have done for our son. They have a great staff, with an extremely low turn over rate an average of 8 years for teachers, great classroom teacher ratios, very educational and nurturing, while broad hours if needed. Our son was more than well prepared for kindergarten. I highly recommend them! I only wish I found them sooner.

Outstanding care and education! I have nothing but praise for this place. I have seen first hand how much they truly care for the children. My nieces were here for a year and they grew so much both socially and in knowledge. I would gladly recommend Bright Horizons at Sears to anyone.

I have been really happy with the care that my child has been getting so far. He joined as an infant and now he has moved up to 2s! Each and every teacher he met was so wonderful and caring that my son loves them so much. He has learnt alot from them and I am really happy and truly grateful about his development. I would recommend anyone this place as a loving place where u can safely leave your child..

Sears had a good idea - bring in one of the country's best pre-school franchises and open an onsite preschool for their employees. Unfortunately, as this franchise understands its captive market, the quality has fallen off from a customer service perspective. We have a child enrolled. I'm using anonymity here because I even fear they will act retributively. The administration is as far from a high end, high tuition group of people as I could imagine. They can be rude, they are unaccommodating, they are simply not nice. Sears can be a demanding employer and they should have instilled the importance of their employees to this subcontractor. It's too bad Sears did not create some means to allow this subcontractor to be reviewed internally and anonymously by the employees that drop their kids off everyday. Perhaps the risk of a lost contract would motivate the administration to run this franchise like the others. Instead, this franchise gives the Bright Horizon organization a black eye. Our next child will not attend one.
