Personal experience, the management is so unorginized. I worked for only a month and it took 2 months to fix short pay and i still havent had any update on it. Update: its been 6 months and i finally got my fixed pay!

In October 2016, my Mom became a resident at Broadmore Senior Living at Lakemont Farms. From the first day, I felt very comfortable with the decision my family made to move her there. Every single staff member treated her with dignity and respect and always spoke to her by her first name. Sadly, Mom died a week ago, but I know that the last seven months of her life were pleasant because of the caring and compassion that was given to her by some very special people!

Terrible place. My grandmother was at the facility on hospice it would take sometimes over an hour to get an aid or nurse into the room. Apparently they are understaffed is what I got out of one nurse after asking why it took so long for her to get there. I’m not sure how they are open because I’m sure that is ileagle. I came into her room one morning her oxygen was off her call bell which they have on necklaces was on the floor and her door was closed. Mind you my grandmother could not get out of her bed I had no idea how this happened and got no explanation from staff she was probably left like that for most of the night. I know this place is a bit cheaper than some other facilities in the area but I would really advise everyone NOT to bring your loved ones here.

My mother in law was placed in Broadmore and I would not recommend this facility to anyone. Some of the staff was friendly and helpful which I appreciated but the overall experience for her was awful and she couldn't wait to leave. I feel that management there could greatly be improved upon.

This place is the worst managed senior living living establishment that I have ever seen in my entire life. 1. Staff is extremely disrespectful, unskilled and borderline dangerous 2. The things I’ve seen in this building, these people should be sent to prison for the they way they treat there Staff and residents. 3. I’ve seen the way the management speaks and treats there staff and it’s downright disgraceful. 4. Some of the staff don’t even seem like they are skilled enough to take care of these residents. 5. It’s not very clean but at least housekeepers are respectful. 6. I’m not going to drop names but at point when I would visit my family member it’s would be around 11 am and she was still in bed and covered in urine (the whole bed soaked) 7. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Please stay far far away.

honestly feel bad for the lack of care and neglect these residents receive. management will smile in your face and tell you what you want to hear until it comes down to actually doing something about it
