Petri Plumbing was incredibly responsive and communicative. Prior to the technician Matthew arriving, I received a text and email with his picture. Matthew was very professional and skilled at helping us locate the leak in the kitchen pipes. We previously have a task rabbit replace the pipes and it was still leaking. Matthew diagnosed the problem and was great at explaining what the issues were to us. He was able to fix the leak and troubleshoot issues as they arose. He was absolutely excellent and we highly recommend Matthew and Petri Plumbing!

Pricey , without a doubt. Not sure if their sending out master plumbers; however, it is critical you get at least five quotes before deciding on who gets the job. Petri has an specific pricing structure that does not allow for any wriggle room. Call for major jobs only! Don't call Peri for a handy man specials or you'll pay through the nose. Reps will push their annual package for your return business.

Called late on a Thursday after my furnace went out in the middle of the night and so did my heat. Bill and Paul arrived the next day to evaluate the heating system. They gave me a few different options, including solving the issues the same day as I my kids were very cold. They got the parts and fixed the furnace. I really enjoyed the long term options we discussed as well since my last company constantly repaired things every year for a few hundred dollars each time; that adds up!

I had a leaking Hot Water Heater in the middle of the night; absolute emergency. They not only actually answered the phone (thanks plumbing company voicemails) but they also helped me get it under control until the morning. By noon, I had a brand new Hot Water Heater installed. They even ran into an issue because of the crappy piping of my building but did not charge any extra and still got it done quickly. Recommended!
