I received excellent service yesterday when they fixed my car. It had a minor issue, and they gave me a very reasonable quote over the phone and held to it. Wes the Service Manager provided valuable information over the phone, showing me he knew what he was talking about, and Matt the Service Advisor was very courteous! Give these guys a raise!

I did my car service (XT5) in Brotherton and experience there is awesome. Apart from the thoughtful process that they have put in place, like one-time plastic cover for things they will touch in your car, and, indications for things that are not cleaned and not used in the rest area, and it is really thinking for their customers. On top of that, Larry Yelistratov has done a fantastic job of explaining every details with patience, calling me in advance before the service is done to save my time, as well as providing information for the special services such as 4 services gets one free one, etc. I really enjoyed this experience and shall go to Brotherton for my next service! Feel warm in this pandemic situation.

Excellent place. I think Doug's is one of that has been there since I was a kid. They have always had great deals. I like dealing with Tory she is 60 but like 20. I was finally able to afford a dreamy car and they made sure to keep it out my grasp.
