Extremely professional! I sold my Nissan Titan here and the entire team was very accommodating and while I had some needs that were outside of what a dealership normally experiences with a typical customer they didn’t hesitate at all to make sure that it was taken care of. Mr. Vince Rodgers is your go-to guy. Very knowledgable and polite. This is my second visit, and he explains to me every minor issues with my car in details. Overall they have good technicians, well maintained waiting lobby(pictures) and nice people working. They do complete service whether it is regular maintenance, inspections, emissions. Expect a decent waiting time, however the end result is amazing. Will be back here for car buying and maintenance. Make sure to download coupons from the website for services.

My service representative was Katelynn and she was outstanding! She’s extremely personable, and highly knowledgeable. I don’t know who the technician was who worked on my car, but he/she fixed the problem, and “spiffed up” my tires and wheels to look like new!! Completely unexpected and completely appreciated. Additional work WILL be done by Brown’s Fairfax!!!

All negotiations were completed from home thru email and phone. Found best price from Brown's Fairfax Nissan. Sales person made sure that I get the best deal. Excellent follow-up. Good dealership experience with test drive & buying. Bought at the price negotiated over phone. Best finance department experience ever, Was told all finance options, but no hard sell for warranties etc... 45 minutes in & out of dealership with the vehicle.

My experience at Brown's Fairfax Nissan was above my expectations. Everyone from Sales Advisor and Sales Managers was very helpful and really took care of me. Sayed my sales advisor is so good at his job. He did not just sold me any car but he sold me a great service from start to finished! They listened to my goals and wants and showed me a car that surpassed my all of the above! I love my new car and just hoping that the bank that I financed the car will also be good in spite of the bad reviews online.
