3 to print a shipping label you already paid for. Do yourself a favor if you need to print drive down to the office max on West in Allen and you can print black-and-white for .12 if I recall. All I know is it’s well under a dollar

I trusted UPS would receive my important time sensitive documents, I had faxed to their location, and have it securely waiting for me. It was confirmed the company sent the fax successfully at 12:34pm today. I went in at 4pm and the 2 ladies working were EXTREMELY rude with me and stated “they don’t have it”. I asked for them to please double check and instead all I got was an attitude. This was an important document I needed today, and they dropped the ball. She stated they didn’t receive it, which isn’t true. They obviously misplaced it, or didn’t care enough to throughly look. This is by far the worst customer service I have received at any UPS location.

Customer service was good for me each and every time. Not sure why some of you are complaining but im sure you're all responsible for your own issues. Don't deflect attention from your own poor attitudes. Some of you should examine your own behavior. The only issue I have at all is that they close at 3. I was just making it by 5z I work nights so ill have to either stay up very late or get up very early to return anything but that's my problem. Ill figure it out.

I have used this location for years and am pleased to say they have been helpful, courteous and very professional with me. I have never had an issue with mailing packages, including overseas to our military child. (Which unfortunately I am not able to say with the USPS). I give them a heartfelt thumbs up.
