Great service from the appliance department, a young lady sold me a wash machine, and had it pulled out of the shelving and loaded in my truck in under 15 minutes. That girl is strong! I never had to do a thing, very polite and professional! I would have given five star if they would register the warranty for me. I have bought from other Lowes and they say they register the warranty but they never do. I have had real warranty claims denied because my phone number wasn't registered??? But it is on the order and the receipt?

I liked the environment. It was my first time at this lows. They had more options on lawn mowers. Also had a cart ready for me to pick up my lawn mower and go.

Christian at paint very helpful and knowledgeable and Luis Garcia randomly stopped to see if we needed assistance in the bath tub section, he really went out of his way which was truly appreciated since we were waiting for about 15 min since someone was called, and no one showed to assist. Monica at register 9 was fast, friendly and efficient. For the most part good team at Lowe's Brownsville!!

My experience with customer service was great at this time going to Lowes. Staff wouldn't let me explain in detail what I was requesting and kept interrupting. Everything else was great. Facility is well organized.
