As soon as I entered the place I noticed that it is not a clean/safe environment for babies. I was scheduled to be the fist so I didn’t have my baby exposed. When I arrived the nurses ordered tacos and were eating at the desk with their gloves on...(same gloves they were using to hand out paper work and receive the tacos) . Later I went to handout the papers and one of the nurses just turned her back on me. I tried to remain calm but there were to many wrong things. Also they were not implementing social distancing. Didn’t even get to see the Dr.

AMAZING DOCTOR!! My sisters & I had been going to her since we were infants into our adulthood (till 18 years of age because that’s the cutoff age for a pediatrician). We have nothing but good memories & stories. Now my nephew goes. The wait is well worth it! Rather go to her than to any other doctor just because it’s faster. BEST OF THE BEST!!
I think that anyone who has ever visited this place can agree that while Dr.C.Rocco is an amazing and such professional doctor (great especially with newborns and infants), the exaggerated wait time completely outweighs the perks of having a great doctor! Weather you have an appointment or show up as a Walk-in, the expected wait time is still the same...an estimated 3hrs!...it’s insane!
Staff clearly didn’t go To school, profession is at the lowest, takes forever to get called. 2 hours for the pharmacist to do their job, and all they do is tell you the baby is normal when clearly the baby is there for a reason.
Very bad service. Took my newborn with an appointment and didn't never got called. They put me as a walk in and they kept telling me I was next and they kept calling other patients.
The wait was horrible, I was expecting to spend like 1 hour since my daughter was a new patient but it lasted about 2 close to 3 hours, when I got there, there was only 1 patient they got called in then 2 more got there and they got called in and a 4th got there and I finally got called, I love that Mrs. Elizabeth took her time seeing my daughter, dr. Mirafzalis office was always an in and out thing, anyways love the attention I got from the dr all I can complain about is wait time I'm hoping that'll change
