Absolutely love Dr. Lewis! She is so warm and down to earth; I love how she talks to us like she is our friend. At the same time she has an excellent clinical acumen and her exam is always so thorough and detailed. We can’t say enough good things about Dr. Lewis and this office!

Dr. Neely is the BEST of the best. We've had several pediatricians over the years as we've moved to different cities and they've all been good, but Dr. Neely is the best. He is always so thorough, never rushes you, and has helped my kids through several health issues.

Avoid this place. This place goes out of its way to make it as difficult as possible for you. This is the last straw.... We have been waiting for a prescription for over a week for our 10 year old and today we received a bill instead of the prescription. “Your insurance is not in effect.” Nobody could pick up the phone and ask for the new insurance information??? F this place. Our son has to be without his prescription even longer now because these people can’t be bothered to pick up the phone and confirm information.

I absolutely LOVE Pediatricians of Dallas! The office is very clean, with a separate room for newborn babies. The front office staff is super helpful and kind. The nurses ALWAYS answer their line, and if they don’t, they get back with you within the hour - just like the answering machine says. I have always gotten an appointment quickly, and never have to wait long in the lobby. Dr. Hart and Dr. Watkins are the BEST. They love each and every child they see, and they take their time to examine them, and to answer all of your questions. I am so, so, SO glad that they were recommended to me, and I will forever tell anyone to bring their children here! Thank you, POD, for everything.
