Went here today to get a tooth extracted the staff was beyond friendly place was very clean and sanitized I was in and out in less then 30 mins thank you for making me feel Comfortable during my visit.

I needed my wisdom teeth extracted. So, Dr. Bryant came highly recommended by my dentist. There were many things I didn’t like about my visit with Dr. Bryant. 1) Around 2 days prior to the day of my appointment, I received a text message appointment reminder with a time different than what I had scheduled. I called the office to find out why the text indicated a different time & was advised that Dr. Bryant had to leave early that day. Wouldn’t it make sense to call your patient first..? Seriously, this is common decency. 2) The day of my appointment wasn’t bad (surgery went very well), but I had to wait FOREVER to be seen. After my surgery, I was given an ice pack, gauzes, and care instructions. 3) The recovery wasn’t bad, but NO WHERE in my care instructions did it mention cleaning of the tooth socket. I had to use my OWN due diligence and research this on my own. 4) Last, I received an invoice in the mail stating “perhaps I didn’t realize my account was past due. Ummm excuse me..??? How was I to realize when I paid up front prior to my anesthesia...??? Perhaps the staff member didn’t realize I was initially billed incorrectly... smh! 5) Why is there no follow up phone call to ensure the patient is healing okay? I know I wrote a mouthful, but I definitely would not recommend this place.

Dr. Bryant is amazing! He pulled the necessary wisdom teeth that caused me major discomfort for more than a month, and he had such a gentle demeanor. I love his staff from the time I walked in until the time I left. Very professional, friendly, and patient which I greatly appreciated. They made sure I was pain free by the time my husband and I took our yearly anniversary cruise. Yaaay! May God continue to bless Dr. Bryant's business, staff, family and friends.

All good praise I can give about Dr.Bryant and his staff. I was in soooo much pain from a wisdom tooth. I called all around looking for a emergency dentist and nobody wanted to see me. I called Dr.Bryant office they were booked and busy but the staff made time to see me regardless. They cared for me before and after surgery to make sure I got all my pain pills. Thank you

I honestly and truly hate to write this negative review, but after the sheer disappointment I repeatedly receive I must. I had to contact the staff for information, questions, and concerns from the fact I did not receive any returned phone calls. My scheduled dental surgery was rescheduled twice sans a call, email, or any type of notification. I happened to call each time to learn at the last minute of the dentist not being available. This is very disheartening for me to write, because I keep trying and failing to find a Black owned and governed business to support in continuum. Hopefully this review will encourage Dr. Larry W. Bryant and his staff to improve in their customer care and with communication methods.
