When I checked in this morning the Receptionist wasn’t even looking at me when she was going through her Covid questions. She was looking at her computer. Kinda snotty. It gets worse. During my cleaning I kept feeling like I was drowning. After a while the Hygenist couldn’t solve the problem. I ask her how long she had been doing this at it was my worst experience. I had to get out of the chair and talk to Kylie. The job was not complete. Kylie rescheduled me with a different Hygienest. I should have paid attention to the reviews. Not good

Pinnacle Modern Dentistry underwent changes during Covid--They shut down and reopened without letting their patients know plus my dentist that worked there is no longer there so very upset about that!!! Its all about the relationship for me---so most likely will need to find a new dentist!!!

Dental care was exceptional. Office management is disorganized as appointments have been arbitrarily cancelled and records have been lost or deleted. The dentist I saw (Dr Mitchell) and the hygienist (Daniella), both excellent, are no longer at the practice and no notice was sent to patients indicating changes to the office. A doctor’s office is only as professional as it’s weakest link and in this case the weakest link is the disorganized and inefficient office staff.

In 2018 I received a crown. I decided to find a new dentist after the high pressure sales tactics that left a bad taste in my mind, even after the cleaning. The new dentist found an imperfection in the crown so I decided to call pinnacle peak modern dentistry. At first they said the crown had a 5 year warranty but because I didn’t do my cleanings with them it voided the warranty. Please someone tell me how that makes sense.... now they tell me because it was a lab created crown that there is no warranty at all. 1,300 down the drain. Pinnacle peak modern dentistry, do the right thing and take care of your customers.
