My mom referred me to this place and even she know agrees these people are con artists. They need to pay their boujee office rent, so they take it out on their patients. I went in for cleaning and I knew I needed a crown from my last dentist appointment. Anyhow, was told I needed my lower back tooth pulled. Yes, pulled! That’s not something I take lightly. I would need a bridge, root canal, extraction. A nice bill over 15k with insurance coverage. My dad referred me to his AMAZING Dentist who has his own private practice. I hate going to the Dentist, but loved the Dr & his staff versus the gold diggers at Modern Dentistry. Turns out I don’t need 90% of services those scammers were telling me I did, most importantly I get to keep my tooth!! BEWARE of these people. Go to a small practice where they actually care about your well being, not your price tag.

Everyone is so friendly here. From the minute you walk in, front desk staff is knowledgeable and kind - hygienist worked quickly and gently - dentist explained everything and gave me options. Very easy appointment!

I hadn't found dental office that I could feel comfortable with for a very long time. Not only that, but when I would have my teeth cleaned I would only ask for a manual teeth cleaning. I'm so sensitive to the other type of cleaning that I would physically come out of the dental chair in great pain. Today my hygienist was Molly. I told her of my fears and all my bad experiences. I can honestly say I NO longer have the fear that I had when I walked into Scottsdale Modern Dentistry today. Thank you Molly and the whole staff for now knowing that there really is dental care for people like myself who have had so many bad experiences. I highly recommend Modern dentistry you will not be disappointed.

For whatever (irrational) reason, I'm terrified of the dentist. Dr. Antol listened to my concerns and did her best to put me at ease. The conversation about my condition was clear, concise, and her warm personality/approach helped me relax. The cleaning was well done and probably the most painless I've ever had (my teeth are super sensitive). I sincerely appreciate her kindness in quelling my anxiety while getting the important dental work done. Definitely recommended.
