I’ve been a patient at Festival Dental Surprise for around 5 years. Every time I walk in the door the staff always greet me by my first name, and are always very pleasant. Dr Thomas is amazing! She is always very thorough and always explains treatments and all options regarding my dental treatments. Rachel my hygienist always does amazing teeth cleans and leaves me walking out of the establishment with a smile. I would highly recommend seeing anyone at Festival Dental in Surprise.

Absolutely amazing experience! Been going here for 10 years! The entire family had appointments this week and every single one was perfect! In on time and everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful!!! I have recommended this place to so many people!! My daughter also had her braces done here a few years ago, and that was an amazing experience as well every time!! They are truly the best!!

Festival dental has been really good to my family. Elizabeth has been great by explaining all the procedures and has great customer service. The whole staff makes you feel very welcome from general dentistry to the ortho staff.

Had a wonderful experience w Festival Dental in Surprise. Dr Sgruggs, Nicole, Rachel (hygentist)and Mariana were so great. I had a crown re done right there in the office! Also my cleaning and periodontal check about a week later. I cannot Express the quality of the crown, what a cool, modern process! Also they are so clean, cleaning chairs and xray equipment right in front of you. I found that very reassuring. Dr Scruggs was so nice and very professional. Cheers to the whole team
