Amazing customer service. Even though we showed up near closing time, Mike made sure to answer every single one of our questions, showed us multiple models, made us feel at home, and worked with us to configure the perfect boat. We ended up being there much past closing. Great people and customer service are sometimes hard to fine. Not here at Bryce Marine.

In September/October of 2020 I called Bryce Marine for some preliminary information about my trade in and purchasing a new boat. Due to COVID and manufacturing issues it became clear that I needed to purchase much sooner than I planned. Nervous about this new timeline, Mike has been great to deal with. He worked with me throughout the process and continues to do so. I stopped in just to drop off paperwork, Mike wasn't there but Dave took the time to answer all of my questions, we ended up talking for almost 2 hours! Incredible customer service and knowledge. I'm confident that this level of care will continue as I move from the sales team to the service team, throughout my ownership.

The best way to judge a business is not by how well they treat you when things go well, but the way they treat you when things do not. I purchased a 2000 Stingray from Bryce Marine early this year. Unfortunately, there were a few mechanical issues that were impossible to predict by any of us. Dave, Craig, Mike and everyone else did everything they could to correct the situation until the issue was resolved. I was very impressed and pleased with the treatment I received.
