We love this place and cannot say enough great things about it! We get friendly, knowledgeable customer service each and every time we go. Our kids LOVE their bath bombs. The laundry soap is the best and gets rid of all that soapy residue regular detergent leaves behind. It also makes the whole house smell wonderful with each load of laundry. It's great that they can customize the scents as well. Their products have been perfect for our little one with sensitive skin.

My rating is for the handling of shipping and not the product. I ordered a box to be shipped for mother's day 9 days early. No tracking, no shipping information, nothing but the clerk writing it by hand. I was told that if I gave my phone number that they would text me when it shipped, but all I got was advertisements. Called the day before Mother's Day and it just got shipped from Georgia. The store manager just apologized and said they have had constant issues with shipping. I was not told this when I spent 100 at the store. Now my mother has no gift and I STILL haven't received tracking information. Please don't ship from this place....very shady process. Next I'm asking for a full refund.

I am very unnerved by them not wearing masks. It is unacceptable. When a customer is courteous enough to wear a mask, you also wear one to protect them. I like the soap and their products smell great, but even post-pandemic I will never return. It is disgusting to not wear masks themselves and not require it of customers. And before someone responds to tell me they put them on at a customer's request, I shouldn't have to request you to be concerned about health and safety. It's awkward to tell 4 people to put a mask on and at the register there is no social distancing.

I love the products here and didn't mind shopping during the pandemic since they seemed to be following protocols (masks, gloves, sanitizer). Walked in today and 4 out of 4 employees were not wearing masks. I turned around and walked out. Cases are higher than ever so this was unacceptable to me. The very least we can all do is wear a mask. Hopefully they make some changes otherwise I'm done shopping here.
