He was prompt, courteous, communicative, and tenacious at digging into what turned out to be a weird issue caused by some work under a previous homeowner. We got a consult and quote from Mr. Rooter as well but really liked Jose's thought process and plan. We'll definitely contact him in case of any future plumbing problems.

These folks literally saved my life tonight. I was convinced that my daughter flushed my engagement ring down the toilet and they came out and put a camera down to look at my pipes. This was all after hours and they came within an hour. I appreciate them and they will be my first call when I need plumbing services!! They were nice on the phone and the technician was fantastic. Thank you!!
Cody and Andrew were great! I came home and had no water. They were able to come investigate in under an hour and quickly determined there was a small section of frozen pipe. Not only did they fix the frozen pipe, they rerouted the pipe so it wouldn't happen again. I will definitely use Bull Ridge Plumbing again.
Cody and John did a great job. They came quickly and worked quickly to unglog pipes/drain. They were very professional and did a clean job- no mess! It's so nice to get these problems fixed quickly.
I called Friday at 4:10 and stated that I had water actively leaking into my basement. While the lady on the phone was friendly, she said that she would have someone reach out to me. Here we are, 24 hours later with no call. I now had to reach out to another company to fix the issue. Any communication would have been helpful instead of me waiting around.
