Very good customer service. I always come here to get my car serviced. There was a real nice gentleman that had outstanding service. And I can’t think of his name. Out of 1-5 he was a 100. Thank you Nissan for having good customer service.

I like Burien Nissan, and have had good experiences there. However, like most dealers repairing your car there is highly risky in that you will be overcharged for parts. For instance, I was quoted today for a 1,300 exhaust tube, which with just a little searching, the same non-OEM part costs 240. I ended up using a local muffler shop and saving over 1,000. It would have been nice for them to be more transparent. I’d still buy a car there, just be careful with service.
