This fed ex out of Burlington is the worst. This is the 3rd time we've gone around with them for missing packages. On my end when tracking the package it says when it was received by them and then it just disappeares. Calling them just falls on deaf ears. I wish companies would stop using them. I give them a complete thumbs down. Didn't want to even give them one star.

Had my delivery shipped there, the text from FedEx said to bring my I.D. Upon arrival I was told by Dina (I think that is her name) my tracking # was needed. Behind her there were five boxes with my name on the label, vendor and manufacturer names printed on the boxes. She asked me for my last name and walked by the boxes without looking at the shipping labels and said \there's nothing here\. I had difficulty getting online with my cell, but was finally able to find the tracking number. She put the boxes on a cart and rudely said \be sure to bring the cart back when you're done\.
