We had a situation that complicated things with my father's cremation and Bustard's worked with us to make sure everything was taken care of as efficiently as possible. They were kind, considerate, and comforting. Even after the cremation, they are continuing to communicate quickly and helpfully. I certainly couldn't have handled my father's death emotionally or logistically without their expertise.

Oh my GOODNESS! The people at Bustard's were so kind and considerate...AND HONEST....we overpaid for the service and they sent a check back within the week! We had no idea we had paid too much--NO ONE WOULD HAVE KNOWN--and then there was the check in the mail. My mom is 89 and she said, "That is REALLY HONEST--they didn't have to send this money back". Our family appreciates Bustard's so much--they came swiftly when we called them at 10:00 p.m., kind, caring and considerate. Thank you so much for easing the stress of losing our Papa.
