Visited Butch Oustalet Ford in Wiggins, MS again and, as is usual, they greeted me quickly and took care of my vehicle in such an efficient and professional manner that I don't even consider going elsewhere! Ben (I believe his name is) helped resolve a specific issue for me and I had some questions about my vehicle that Ben also took the time to explain to me. I left there, once again, knowing I had made the right choice for both me and my vehicle! Butch Oustalet knows Ford's!

Very well pleased with my experience dealing with Butch Oustalet Ford. I searched truck dealers in the area and on E-Bay. Really wanted to buy local if possible. I negotiated a price for a truck that fit my needs via internet until I was satisfied we had a win/win price. I then went down to the dealer's office in Gulfport and met with salesman named Louis. He was great and very knowledgeable about the truck I picked. We kicked the tires and took a test ride. I then purchased the truck and drove away in it within a couple of hours. Very nice people to deal with and I would recommend them for your vehicle needs.

I dropped my car off on Saturday 23rd. I called to get the diagnosis that Monday. They said it was the rear main seal and a head gasket (we bought the car here and i truly believe it was sold to us this way). I asked when they would have it ready and he told me end of the week. I call back on that Wednesday to get an update I was told they were waiting for parts and did not know when they would come in. Why was I not called to be informed of that? I spoke with Kevin today 2nd and he was not very pleasant to speak with or sympathetic in any way. Basically all he told me is he couldn’t help it and he wasn’t going to do anything to help. Hopefully it would be done by the end of the week if they didn’t have any more problems.(not in those exact words but that was the gist of it). When I get it back I will be getting a reliable mechanic to make sure they didn’t mess up anything else and it was fixed properly. If it wasn’t for the warranty I would NEVER go back to this place. I will NEVER purchase another car from Butch in Gulfport.
