Agnes Butler is amazing! My daughter will be attending college in Glasgow, Scotland starting next month, and Agnes handled the entire student visa process, start to finish, on very short notice and in just a few short weeks this summer. Even in the midst of enhanced COVID-19 travel regulations that resulted in decreased appointment slots for government-required biometric data collection and could have meant extra long processing time, Agnes was able to obtain a slot for my daughter, expedite her application, and secure her visa within a few days. Thoughout the entire process, Agnes was professional, accessible, responsive, patient, and friendly. She responded quickly to emails and phone calls, and her follow-through and attention to the details was incredible. She held our hands and made sure that all necessary paperwork was filled out correctly and that we supplied everything that was needed to make my daughter's application succesful, and she submitted all required documention on my daughter's behalf and stayed with us through the entire process. In addition, she continuously checked in with her contacts to make sure she was on top of any changes or updates that might affect the application, and she kept us apprised of every status update. She even went so far as to call us -- in real time -- on the day the Visa arrived to make sure it had been received. Her call came literally within minutes after the package was delivered.
