This is a wonderful family operated (but also affiliated with the resources of a large real estate player, The Compass Group) real estate team. Sunny and Greg Butler know the area and are true real estate professionals. Why does one still need a real estate pro at a time where we are all able to research our way up and down the internet? Because 1) if you are a seller, THIS is likely one of your biggest lifetime investments and 2) if you are a buyer, you need someone who can represent you well. We were the sellers in this case and the Butlers spent hours assessing our house, creating and executing on a marketing plan, giving us feedback on our home and supporting us (as we had already moved away) in staging and maintaining, and managing through an assortment of unpredictable events (storms that knocked trees over for example). They advised us of the market Daily (the whole spectrum of stock, real estate, interest rates and their impact on the real estate market) and used their 30 years in real estate to help us stay ahead of the market and to sell our house in a way that we thought created a win-win for us and the buyers. We are grateful for all of their hard work and would recommend them wholeheartedly for any real estate transaction. Trustworthy. Competent. Kind. (Cross-posted on Yelp as well)
