Man let me tell you something, these cakes are the bomb. It's a small family operated company that does their best. They make each cake with love and will always put the customers first. I love their cookies too. Give them a try!

They created my Daughter, Sarah Jane's Minnie Mouse cake and it was spectacular! It is on their website. It was created from an idea I had in my head and was implemented wonderfully. It was done in a timely manner and their customer service was great! I have used the. Several times since and every year I am NEVER disappointed!
I wasn't overly impressed with The Cake Shop. When I arrived to pick up my cake at the scheduled pick up time it was still being put together. It was 45 minutes late being completed. I was charged an additional 20.00 for the cake to be covered in fondant icing so that the spray painted color would apply correctly and not crack but it didn't come with the fondant icing. Since they were still working on it at pick up the fondant letters that stood up on the cake did not hold during travel and was falling apart. Pin striping down the side of the cake wasn't done as ordered either. The owner (I think) wouldn't even step from the back to speak with me. She used a young male clerk to offer her apologies while she stood at the door to the back, telling him what to do/say. The day I ordered it she was a nice lady but I was not impressed with the overall handling at pick up. For the amount of that was spent, I am not happy with the overall all experience. I have paid 1/2 the price and got way more for my money with other local cake bakeries. Unfortunately, I only ordered my cake 3 weeks out and the others were already booked. In the future I will plan better and avoid using The Cake Shop.
I order a cake for my wife's 50th Birthday Party. WOW..... What a cake they were so helpful... as a man I don't always know what is best. The lady that helped me was so patient with me. Everyone at the party was so amazed with the LOOK & THE TASTE WAS LIKE I HAD A PIECE OF HEAVEN... IT JUST MELTED IN YOUR MOUTH !!!!!!!! I want to say a big Thank you to the team at THE CAKE SHOP you are the tops....
Customer service was fine but it doesn't matter what you order the decorator will change it. I wanted a buttercream icing & they put fondant on it cause it looked better. They also changed one of the colors cause the decorator thought it looked better. Welllll If I wanted that I would of told them that!!!!! If a customer wants something YOU should fix it like they want it!!! I will NEVER order a cake from here again!
I have ordered 3 cakes in the past. For all 3 cakes I had to wait at least 45 minutes past pick up time. The quality of their cakes is no better than Publix cakes, yet the prices are at least double. I will never again order anything from them.
Ordered a cake for my sons 5th birthday, it was supposed to be round in shape and red velvet cake. It ended up being square and white cake. Completely disappointed my son, the picture on top was the only thing correct.
