I just leased my new 2020 Impreza Sport at Subaru of Glendale! I had a great experience with Barry! He got me a great deal and was wonderful to work with. I'm so happy with my new ride and with my experience from here!

Since when a Green Card (Perm Resident Card) is not a valid form of ID especially if I only make a deposit? I had to take my pants (ok, belt) off and show embarrassing contents of my bag to get in just to get rejected Oh, and by the way, \California Bear\ a few blocks down didn't have any issues with my ID and processed deposit within a minute. Conclusion: ️️ 2 stars (mainly for sittin' there looking pretty )

This bank is literally the best for anything, car loans, home loans, even just as a checking account, great customer service

It took multiple phone calls and a couple of emails to different people over a time period of about 2 and a half months just to update my address and I’m still getting calls about updating my address to this day for some reason. I wish I never refinanced with this credit union. If you have a chance to get a loan/refinance someplace else I would recommend you do so.

CLIENT'S BEWARE I have to admit when it comes to this business. 1* rating is giving to much. After I read their reviews. It seems like they are gonna treat people the way they want. Instead of treating people the way they are needed to be treated. That makes your business a bad business. We have also been given the run around by these people at Bear Bank. My husband has been on the phone repeatedly for two months Trying to get his gap pay from them. I guess this is when I step in and do everyone a favor and Sue the hell outta them. 1. They signed a contract 2. They think if they keep sending you to do different things for two months. That you might give up. 3. I'm not gonna sit her and do nothing. While your bank is committed fruad. Not to mention how much American dollars they have basically stolen from their clients.
