Clean and organized store. Friendly and professional staff that'll go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. Terry assisted in finding an item that wasn't on the shelf. Scott did an outstanding job assisting with the blinds measuring and cutting. Even the managers are available to provide any support whenever needed. I will definitely be coming back. If you are lost just find an associate and they'll be happy to help!

While management is great at damage control, if they had their act together they wouldn't need it so often. I purchased a clothes dryer, and it was scheduled for delivery and set-up on a Saturday. They gave me a 4 hour window. I sat and waited, and waited, and waited. It never showed. I called the store and was told that the dryer was now out of stock and rescheduled for 2 weeks from the original date. They did all of this without ever notifying me. This was even though the sales associate assured me they had 3 in stock and she was tagging one for me. They tried to rectify this by offering me an upgrade, at the same price, and next day delivery. So now I lose my Sunday waiting. They did show up, but with a heavily damaged dryer that has clearly been hit by a forklift. They offered me 200 off, if I accepted the damaged dryer. This would have probably been fine if the damage hadn't caused the dryer to not function properly. So now I've lost my entire weekend, and yet another delivery attempt will be made on Monday. I don't know if it's Lowe's in general, or just this location, but either way I am done with them.

This Lowes employs an assistant manager who will not wear a mask and only wears a face shield. If you are an at-risk person, stay away. The governor's orders are pretty clear about the requirements for businesses. As to curbside pickup: When you call from your car, employees find many ways to avoid bringing you your purchase, including refusing to answer the phone, telling you to just come in yourself, and telling you your order hasn't arrived (it had). We sat in the car for 48 minutes on Tuesday evening to get them to bring us our order. I won't shop in person at this location, and their curbside delivery is abysmal. I wish we had an Orange big box stores down here instead.

Never go through here for delivery. Long story short, we ordered a fridge that was supposed to be delivered twice now - both times no call, no explanation, nobody showed up. When we followed up they never had the fridge in stock, even though they said it was both times. How much is your time worth? That is 24 hours of waiting at home (because the window for delivery is 0800-2000) and an extra week without a fridge due to these guys’ incompetence. I would go anywhere else before I would return here for a large appliance.
