Thanks BVO for a great day on the Battenkill!!! They took great care of my 91 year old Mom-Mom. Very professional and knowledgeable about the river. This outfitter offers rafts, canoes, kayaks and tubing. They will drop off and pick up, too. Friendly and helpful staff who greet you with a smile. We'll be back next summer.
Wonderful friendly staff. Great prices. They know what they are doing here!! They have all the goodies you could want for a day on the river. Transportation to and from the river and dry boxes/bags at no extra cost. They understand that fun shouldn't cost you an arm and a leg! They are truly in the business to help others enjoy their experience at on the Battenkill. Highly recommend. I would definitely return here. Their Long Lodge is also amazing. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a full kitchen, grills, firepit... So worth it!
We had an awesome experience kayaking down the battenkill River with this outfitter. They dropped is off with kayaks upstream, and then we called them from one of 3 downstream pick up locations when we were done. The experience on the River was awesome for the family (youngest kid was 10 and it was fine for her) but keep in mind that the speed of the River depends on the time of year. The outfitter was also great-- on time, agreed upon price, and really nice people.
We had a lovely rafting experience with Battenkill Valley Outdoors. The staff were highly professional and helpful and made our trip all the more enjoyable. Big shoutout to Sebastian for letting our son \help\ load rafts and for being very kind to him.
