Nice Dr. my problem was not the staff like most of the reviews but more so that I have contacted Dr. Johnson now this being my third time once while the office was open, twice after hours on call and out of the 3 separate times I have called her I never received a call back for my newborn. Possibly better with older children but if you have a newborn I would not recommend she is not attentive what so ever. A bit unprofessional to me. Seeking care with another pediatrician.

Let me first say that I do agree with most reviewers that Dr. Charlene Johnson is a great doctor! However, the staff that she has working for her is \HORRIBLE\. The wait time is easily 2 hrs minimum. The office is ran by maybe 3 people if you're lucky. The turnover rate in her office is terrible. The staff that she does have working for her barely knows half of their job. If you need a referral for ANYTHING (forget about it). My personal experience is I always had to call again and again, because the referrals would take up to (No Lie) 3 MONTHS to receive. This is just some of the issues I had to deal with in her office and with her staff. If she is to continue her practice, my advice would be to invest in a better staff. Spend the much needed money to stop relying on temp agencies and pay for a file clerk, receptionist, finance and billing, referrals clerk, office manager, medical assistant, nurse etc. As it stands at this moment \1Star\ is being too kind.

The worst I can’t even schedule a appointment it’s been months... the voicemail keeps hanging up fast. My kids are past due for shots ANSWER THE PHONE!!!

She has the longest wait time. Shes never there when they're open. Tried my best not to seitch Dr. Cause when I do see her (when she finally shows up) she's good. But she also makes you come in for a refill then wait again for your appointment. I just can't do this anymore.

I feel that the Dr. Is too smart for her own good. She does not take the time to listen to the patient. She chooses to keep children on medications vs helping the children with alternate routes. Dr. Kimberly . Wil not recommend. I never feel good when I'm there
