Absolutely not acceptable customer service, very rude with no sense nor understanding of good manner, very disappointed. No excuse of yelling at my family, there is another way to approach customers. Feel very sorry for you. Hope, you might be able to be a little nicer to another people.

I bought my shoes at Bellevue sq mall and this was the 2nd visit my husband and I came to buy our shoes there. Selena, the store keeper was very helpful and knows the products very well. She's very knowlegable about Camper and its materials. This was the reason my husband was convinced to buy his first camper shoes and came back for his 2nd shoes. Camper and Selena has made my husband a Camper's believer.

Kudos to Celina, This is our second, my wife and I to drive from Portland, to Bellevue, to buy shoes from Celina, because she knows her products very well, she is patient, and persnickety . She treats customers with kind and care.

I would not recommend these shoes to anybody, they look good but the customer service and return policy is extremely poor. I purchased a pair of shoes wore them for approximately 3 hours, they gave me a blister on the topside of my foot, the shoe was extremely uncomfortable. I went back to the store to return them at which time I was told sorry there was nothing they could do even though they did not fit properly since I wore them outside. I spent 170 on a pair of shoes which did not fit correctly and was told sorry, I strongly would suggest if you think they look good but are unsure pass as they have no lead way on their return policy
High quality Lack of customer service, used to see two professional girls but was a young guy, new and knows nothing, asked him why there is a difference in price while it is the same model, he replied “ just because of the color” !!!!! I tried to use the code for 10% off but he said I do not know how to use it and asked me to pay the full amount.
