He answered my call on a Sunday and was able to complete our inspection on Tuesday. He communicated with my realtor and called me when the inspection was completed. He went over some key details and had my my report available and sent to me within a few hours. I’m an insurance agent and have seen many inspection reports. I would recommend this company.

Frank completed the home inspection as part of the pre-closing process for my future home. He is quick and thorough with his inspection. He even takes the time to explain to you how certain things work in the home for future reference i.e. water shut-off valves, etc. He provided a detailed inspection report the same day. Frank with A Closer Look Home Inspections is absolutely the home inspector you want on your side. My husband and I have had the worst luck with house hunting, but over a holiday weekend, we found our dream home. We went under contract and called Frank on a Sunday afternoon to ask him a few questions about his inspections. Within minutes, my husband and I felt comfortable enough to hire him on the spot, because Frank was so knowledgeable and gave it to us straight. Frank was able to perform the home inspection the next morning and we were so thankful he fit us into his schedule. Unfortunately, Frank found mold in the basement of the home, but thankfully Frank took the time to look and didn't just glance it over. He was very nice and explained that he knew we were going to be raising a family with small children in this home and it needs to be safe. Frank was super helpful in explaining everything to us and answered everyone's questions (my parents and my in-laws were in attendance, too). After our thorough inspection, (which took longer than anticipated only because we asked a lot of questions) Frank got us our report the same day. Any questions we had pertaining to the report, Frank was happy to answer via phone or text. He was super responsive and didn't just drop us as a client after the check cleared. He truly cares about helping families, which is why he will be my go-to home inspector for our many friends and family in the area. Thank you so much, Frank, for your dedication and help.
