Annual check-up of the entire plumbing system in our home. Part of our annual My GA Plumber maintenance program, this free inspection includes a free draining of sediment from our water heater and a check of water pressure. This is very good value. But for a routine toilet flapper replacement, I got better value by buying a new flapper online and installing it myself. For more complicated repairs I use My GA Plumber: they have proven to do a good job, and they give me reliable advice and service. I recommend them to my real estate clients.

I joined the Bulldog Whatever Plan, which comes with lots of nice benefits, including an initial free whole-house plumbing scan and a free water heater flush-out. I would've paid as much or more for those 2 things alone, than the price of the plan, which will net me other discounts and priority for service in the future. The technicians were really nice, professional, and answered all my questions. They handled 2 tiny issues during this inspection, and gave me a very positive report on the state of my plumbing. I used the company 3 times with a rental property prior to buying the plan for my own home - every experience was positive. Give them a try!

My Georgia Plumber was very prompt, attentive and the plumber answered all of my questions. He fixed my issue and gave me some well needed advice on upgrading my fixtures. They extended additional services which I also appreciated. I will be calling them for any other issues.
Though I couldn't use their service to repair the pipe leak (due to availability issue), I was very satisfied with their help throughout in locating the strange leaking spot. The technician (Robert) was quite courteous and knowledgeable and answered all questions. Also kudos to Jessica for her transparency and responsiveness. Would definitely use their service for any future needs.
