The business office was very accommodating to our schedule for maintenance services. The assigned Technician was identified by text message (picture) along with his route progress, and arrival at the site. The Technician presented himself as polite and knowledgeable. I enjoy working with the team at Capital Heating & Cooling Inc. I never feel pressured to get any particular work done or to buy a specific item. I always feel comfortable with their staff, from the front desk to the guys in the field to the company owners. I've called on Cap Heating for two properties, and have a few more lined up. As an investor who buys homes in less-than-ideal shape, it is important that I have a great relationship with contractors when I need service or a whole new furnace and water heater, as was the case for the project we're completing now! The heating in my home stopped working and my property management team put in a work order for Capital Heating and Cooling to come out. I like that they send you a picture of the technician that’s coming to your home with a phone number and tracker to see when they are arriving. They came from Lacey/Olympia area to my home in University Place. Pattrick came out and he was super friendly and professional. He wore a mask and put on the covers over his boots. He even showed me some ways to troubleshoot the furnace if I have some issues in the future. I highly recommend this company! Great work!
