Staff was very friendly and extremely accommodating! Jose was a great guy, and knowledgeable of the Fiat 500x and made me aware of all the features both the obvious and the secret features that I didn't even know about. I was expecting to be pressured into buying the car, but he was not like that. He instead made me aware of the financial incentives and to contact him when I was ready. That was great customer service in my opinion and when I am ready I will be reaching out to him directly to make the purchase.

I can't say enough great things about our experience here. We knew we wanted an electric car. Couldn't decide between Ford Fusion or Fiat. Had the worst experience at Ford...Walked directly to Fiat, and had the car within 2 hours. Adrian was amazing! I had been emailing with Julio all week prior, and he was wonderful too. He'd email me here and there to check in, but nothing "spammy." More of an FYI...He even asked if this bothered me. I loved it even more. When we got there, Julio was with another client, so he introduced us to Adrian. I am going to guess Julio is also excellent. But, as far as dealing with the dealership as a whole, I would go back again and again...And, I will Tweet it, and let my family and friends know as well. Thanks to your whole staff!

Had a great experience recently visiting Capitol FIAT. I came in to check out the Abarth, looking for something fun but small. The sales staff was super friendly, casual, and not putting me under any pressure to buy. They answered all my questions and were very knowledgeable. I also spoke with Jason, the Sales Manager, who offered me great pricing. I haven't made a decision to buy yet, but when I do I'll be back at Capitol FIAT.

After waiting a long and arduous three years for it's American release, I am now the proud owner of what I consider the most engaging car I have ever driven: the Abarth 500. After doing lots of research on the car, and grazing lots at other dealerships, I ended up at Capitol Fiat, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The sales associates were both friendly and very knowledgeable (being a car enthusiast, it's rare for me to find people at dealerships that know as much about cars that I do), and the finance department definitely came through big, making the whole process more comfortable on my end. If you want the best experience if considering a Fiat, go to Capitol; not only do they have the largest lot, and best selection, but I truly believe they give the best experience as well.

I went to buy my first car in the U.S. and I had just come from one of the worst possible experiences at the next door car dealer. The previous guy seller was super pushy, not very professional using the same cheesy lines over and over again and try to convince us that he was giving us the 'best deal'. Walking into Capitol FIAT was like walking into paradise. I was greeted by Ralph who was friendly, kind and professional. He did not hint once that he wanted us to just buy the car, rather he wanted us to be sure that the car was what I wanted and the best fit for me. He focused on showing me the car in all its potential, took me for a wonderful test drive and was very attentive that I got all the information I needed to make an educated choice. Ralph then handed me over to Jeff to take care of the actual sale. Jeff is the perfect "pater familiae": he talked me through the details of the sale, explained all its aspects and even got me a good discount on the retail price. He was gentle and funny throughout the long process and was always willing to discuss what I did not understand or fully agree with. Again, he was never aggressive on trying to get me to buy the car or convincing me that I was getting the 'best deal'. Jeff and Ralph were a great team and a real exception in the car sales business, I wish everyone would buy a car with them! Last, but not least, I met the financial team to discuss the loan! (it's still my first car, I can't afford all of it!) Both Steven and Trent helped me with the paperwork and to get the best possible deal for my loan! Overall I could not have wished for a better experience for my first car purchase. I really wanted to buy the 500 and everyone at Capitol FIAT made sure that I had a great time doing it. A perfect 3/3!

Call today, they reported that they are closed. They reported that they closed a week ago. They reported that they are no longer servicing FIATs. Website needs updating. It would be nice if the answering machine was updated. NO LONGER SERVICING FIATS.

I bought 2014 FIAT 500 Sport which had a transmission issue. Luckily my service adviser, Christoper helped me resolved this issue. My car is now running smoothly and I'd like to thank to him and the service department. - Linh
