I had a great experience at Car City Wholesale. The car was well represented online and the buying process was quick and easy. Erin, my salesperson, was friendly and responsive on the phone before I arrived at the dealership. Everything was low pressure and no gimmicks. This was my first manual transmission vehicle and the general manager, Bugra, took me out for a test drive and gave me some pointers and allowed me to get comfortable driving my new car. Would definitely recommended this dealership if you just want to buy a car and don't want to deal with any nonsense!

Top notch service with both Car City Wholesale and especially salesman DEVIN BEAVERS. The process was extremely comprehensive and the finance department got me a fantastic interest rate. Devin was always communicative and easy to reach. His response time and follow-up was exceptional-I never had to prompt him for answers. He even arranged to fix a broken taillight that all of us had missed after I brought my car home. That is A customer service! And ask Devin about his many travels all over the world. If you're lucky, he might show you a photo or two. I will not hesitate to be a return customer. I've already talked both Devin and Car City Wholesale up to everyone I know. I love my car SO MUCH!

I had a great experience buying my truck from Erin at Car City Wholesale. I had been looking for a new truck for a couple months and had very specific requirements. Erin knew what I was looking for and as soon as she saw my new truck on her lot she contacted me. Because of Covid I’ve been a little worried about going to public places. But Erin assured me that Car City Wholesale was cleaned regularly and everyone wore a mask. Additionally she set a time for me to look at the truck when no one else was around. Erin went above and beyond with her professionalism and customer service. And Car City Wholesale was one of the easiest car dealers to buy a vehicle from.

Being recently widowed, Jeff was not pushy and explained in great length about my truck I was purchasing. He was fair, upfront and honest. Means the world to someone who is on their own. After I purchased it, he explained to me all of the upgrades and how they work. I noticed both times while I was there, the dealership was busy and hoping.
