My experience at this dealership was amazing. The entire staff treated every guest they came in contact with very respectful. Also they were very informative and urgent. Soon as you walk in the door the service is top notch and it feels like home.

My intentions were to never go to Arkadelphia Car-Mart but my boyfriend and I were car shopping and stopped in Arkadelphia to eat and saw the General Manager in a restaurant and stopped to ask if he could possibly help and he said to head that way after eating and he even said something to us while he was leaving the restaurant while we were still there. So we go to carmart & I was so iffy at first but the General Manager named Rob made me feel safe, comfortable, he was understandable, everything was too well. I was able to drive off the lot with a car as well without hurting my pockets. Very satisfied with everything!!
