I love being able to go online, choose the vehicles I was interested in, fill out the credit application and received a call from Trisha (our Sales person) within 15 minutes of filling out the application to schedule a test drive. This process was wonderful and we spent a total of about 1 hour at the dealership!!!!! I would recommend online shopping for anyone and Trisha was extremely helpful.
