I had a very bad experience shopping here in the past. With me being alone anyway. I guess it was easy to sell me a dud that I knew nothing about. I purchased two here that were lemons so in the past I would've rated them just one star. But since then I married a mechanic! and Car-mart got a new manager, which did very well with my husband before so he wanted to come back. I walked in with a little more confidence with him holding my hand. We didn't walk around much at all when he saw a Chevy Tahoe that would seat all of our family. He checked under the hood and test drove it, while I made sure all the buttons worked, there were no rips or stains, the paint job was okay. The air conditioner worked. Once my husband said let's make a deal we were back inside. The paperwork didn't take too long and we gave them a down payment then was driving it home! So easy! We've had it now for around 3 years. There has been some parts that's been replaced but nothing severe. I'm still happy with it and once it's paid off my husband wants a pickup.

I'm not much for buying vehicles from a buy here pay lot, because of the bad quality of inventory of vehicles that are being sold to the public at redicules prices, But that all changed when I was window shopping for a spare vehicle too run around in town & drive back & forth for work. I stopped by the Enid Car-Mart while doing some business in Enid as I live out of town. And as I was walking the lot I found 2 cars that caught my eye, But the one I fell in love with the most was a White 2014 Chevrolet Sonic LTZ Turbo Sedan. It was clean inside, NO RIPPS OR TEARS OR DAMAGE TO THE DASH & INTERIOR!!!! All the buttons & features work great, so I took it for a drive & instantly knew I had to buy it. Of course the price of the vehicle & the extremely low payments & the fact it still had low mileage under 100,000 definitely had me sold on it, everything checked out good on it & it handled very smoothly. So I went in & sat down with Rebecca Wilkins the sales associate and in just a couple hours we had all the paperwork finished and I was the owner of a new too me 2014 Chevy. The staff here is extremely helpful and are definitely willing to spend the extra time to make sure you are satisfied with your experience and purchase. Don't let the down payments of the vehicles discourage you if you don't have the full price, go in and speak with them and trust me they will do everything they can to get you into the vehicle you want.
