If I could give 0 stars I would. Went in a week before thanksgiving looking for a vehicle and the ones I was interested in was on the lot but not ready to be sold. Then I was told about another vehicle that was newer model, less miles, and a cheaper price. I was told that it would be ready the day before thanksgiving, well it wasn’t. Then I was told to check the Saturday after thanksgiving and it still wasn’t ready. I called back Monday this week and they told me that they’d have Joe the sales person give me a call and it never happened. I called today to find out they’ve sold the vehicle. If this is how they do business I probably dodged a bullet. Also whoever is answering the phones should sound like she wants to be at work. This place is all liars.

The salesman that showed me the vehicle was very nice, respectful and professional! My Overall experience was great. The only Con was the auto start & door unlock fog was broke and assistant manager wasn’t willing to do anything about it but the manager did compromise and said if I buy a new key fog she would get it programmed for me. I understand some people this wouldn’t be a big deal to them but it is for me. I appreciate the manager offering to help with it! The car so far is a great! I will upgrade to five stars if the key fog gets programmed and it works!

Never went here but can already tell the customer service is great. Delivered a pizza to be met with the nastiest look. Wasn’t asked how can I help just stared at like I was stupid when someone clearly ordered a pizza here. I hate my job too, but no reason to be hateful
