Went for my 1st oil change on my new Jeep Trailhawk. Would highly recommend. Service appointment was on time, and performed fast. They even helped me with the wire clips on my new dash cam at no cost! Staff was very pleasant and courteous, and even helped me get my wheelchair in / out of my car! ...(5) Star service! Kudos!

Contacted for service a lot of times many calls left messages when I finally got in my warranty was up. Was contacting since 5 days after purchasing the car. Service department is either understaffed or overworked. Attached are the pictures I had originally added from Oct. 30th which is less than a week after I purchased car. Manager replied as you can see below however having left no contact details I greatly question the sincerity of this reply! Complete corporate garbage. No longer a local company in any way.

My husband and I were passing through and had to pull into this dealership for transmission problems. As you know that could be stressful, especially with a baby and dog in the truck. The service staff was EXTREMELY helpful and very nice to us. We are back on the road safely and words cannot describe how thankful we are for Laurie, Chris, and Will. Thank you so much!
