Unprofessional and fumbling sales associates who don't know how to run a sale. Your OWN car driven off the lot without your knowledge while they distract you! At no point during the trade in appraisal process was I informed or asked about taking my own car for a test drive. I just so happened to notice my own car scooting off the lot as I was left alone at a desk! It was the third time my sales rep, Bruno, had left me alone during my visit and I was just looking out the window. I was completely floored to watch my own car just drive off without knowledge of WHERE it was going or WHO was driving it! As soon as my car was back on the lot, I immediately left. Out of all the dealerships I've shopped at in my life so far, not one has acted with such a blatant disregard for transparency quite like this place has. The sales manager, Zach, has already reached out to me in an attempt to rectify the situation. I respectfully declined his attempts as I refuse to give Cardinal Buick GMC my business. There are plenty of trustworthy used car dealerships out there, but Cardinal sure isn't one.

I called my bank got approval before because I was in the market and I planned on buying. I found the truck ive been looking for and emailed the offer. Later that day I get a phone call that my offer was close and they needed to see my trade(so far pretty standard). they knew my truck had a good amount of miles on it we discussed it before they ran the carfax it showed the facts. They came at me with a number that gave me about 900 positive equity. which is fair market trade for my truck. We get down to the part where we are negotiating terms and the finance lady asks what my rate and terms were and I told her. she said she thought she could beat what I had quoted and wanted to run my credit. I wasn't going to run my credit again until we had our deal settled and I was going to purchase the truck based on what we negotiated. .We come to terms and they run my credit. All was approved and I felt my original was the better deal. (heres where it falls apart) while in the back they decided that my trade was all of a sudden worth almost 5k less and I was gonna end up paying more for a truck that we had already agreed on price. You don't treat people that way. Wasted my time and theirs. Added note another guy came in while I was there and was interested in the same truck. the next day i kinda expected a return call or email which I never got but the truck is gone im putting it up to he made an offer of more than the deal we already had in the works because the truck was gone the next morning and I left the dealer around 7pm.
