Outstanding service! The most stress free car buying experience in my lifetime! My husband and I took a gamble and drove 4 hours to this dealership to check out a particular car we were wanting to buy. We had actually been to another dealer on the gulf coast, but were reluctant to buy on the coast because we were not convinced we were getting a good deal. After stumbling across the exact same car online from this dealership, we noted the price was lower, the mileage was lower; so we drove up and arrived an hour before closing time. We were immediately greeted by Theotric \Foot\ Donald who quickly found the vehicle. We inspected and then test drove the vehicle in just minutes after arrival The car exceeded our expectations. Mr. Donald gave us an even sweeter deal when he lowered the price even further! The purchase took about an hour to complete! We drove off in our ew\ car and are still amazed at how wonderful we were treated by this dealership! If you need a new (or used) car, and you live within driving distance, you will not regret going to Carl Hogan Toyota in Columbus, Mississippi. Be sure to ask for \Foot\ .. he has been selling cars for 32 years and knows how to treat his customers!

This was our first time to walk in to Carl Hogan Toyota in Columbus. We had a 2 hour drive to the dealership and it was worth it. We found the car we were interested in while doing a search online. 2016 Chevy Camaro RS convertible. When we arrived at Carl Hogan and checked out the Camaro, it was exactly as represented in the description and pictures posted online. The buying process went smoothly and we felt appreciated from the time we got there till the time we left. Thank you to all at Carl Hogan employees who helped us while there. I am not one to buy or trade cars often so believe me when I say at Carl Hogan Toyota I appreciated the care that went into putting me in an automobile that suited my needs plus some. When I drove the 2021 Toyota Corolla I was very pleased by the smooth ride, how well it handled, and the leg room was very spacious. Not to mention the interior style was a little sporty and the exterior is a black/sandy/pearl color. The salesmen explained clearly my options, my obligations, and I was able to return a rental car that very day and drive off the lot with a secure peace of mind. I would urge anyone who is serious about owning a new automobile to give them an opportunity to show you tbeir large selection.
