Great experience at Molle Toyota! Ismael Sabeha was amazing to work with. He made my car buying experience nothing short of simple and easy. It was a smooth process from start to finish. He was very accommodating, professional and helpful. There were no hidden fees or curve balls thrown at me, I appreciate how straight forward and transparent the process was. Oil change was due on my Sienna, so i called Molle, finding very good reviews on google. It was sat 3:30p and they were about to close in 1.5 hrs. It took 2-3 call transfers but finally the lady at the other end told if i come over before 4p, they should be able to complete it. Jay took care of my vehicle and he brought out couple of major, minor and cosmetic issues and highlighted the once that needs immediate attention. During billing he added coupons so that i could save some money as well. Very reasonable price for services when compared to what i paid at other service centers. Other highlights are; very good waiting/rest area with free coffee machine(5 stars for coffee). There is a play area for the kids next to rest area.

We found the car we wanted at the best price. Our salesman Ray was very friendly. There were some things that could have been better. The internet salesman didn’t hand us off to our actual salesman well and at first I was confused why I was talking to two salesman until I realized there had been a hand off to Ray. Ray was good and handled his part smoothly except for the very end when there was no delivery of my feature packed used car other than handing me the keys and wishing us well. I don’t expect a complete delivery experience for a car that is not your dealership brand, but your used car salesman could have done more to get us settled into our new car. The worst part of the experience was in finance. The business manager was not fun to work with at all so why would I buy extra coverage? About half way through wrapping up the deal there I was ready to leave as soon as possible. I don’t know if he was having a bad day but he left a negative impression on us. Based on our experience, we will probably not buy another car from your dealership.

This was my first time ever buying from a dealership. The experience was seamless. They really knew how to get the deal put together. As for the vehicle, it exceeds my expectations. The loan guy was a little grumpy, but all and all, it was a great experience. I'd use them again.

Great staff. Super friendly and competent. Always have great banter with the guys. Waiting area is super comfortable. Takes an hour and a half for regularly scheduled maintenance. Fairly priced and my hometown Toyota dealer!
