Y’all my car is finally getting fixed. So get this I took it to Springhill Toyota they tell me I have no warranty fast forward two months go to Palmer Toyota they tell me honey you have a warranty this can all be solved I said are you freaking kidding me!!! And he said no ma’am they had the part and everything. So the part I just bought I can return and no more worrying. A weight the size of the world is off my chest and shoulders and I feel so much better. Thank you everyone who has been helping me. All in Mobile Alabama! Please get the word out. Spring Hill is the worse place to go. I will never recommend them. I will always recommend Palmer Toyota! I spoke with Michael he went above and beyond. He did not give up till I got the very best service. Thank you Toyota for finally showing me not everyone is just in this business for the money!

Years ago Palmer’s was the best... Great values, prices and an awesome and polite sales team... That couldn’t be further from the truth nowadays and I would advise people to go to Estabrook in Moss Point or Eastern Shore in Daphne... Palmer’s service department input the wrong mileage to my truck in their system and reported it to car fax.. When I went to try and trade it in the rude saleswoman accused me of tampering with the odometer... I had it corrected after contacting the BBB and filing a complaint against Palmer’s after getting nowhere with taking to their people.. But the damage was done..... They’ve lost my business and many others at my business will not buy from there now.

I have to get my lawyer involved for this company. Really tried to get over on me as a first time buyer. Lied to me and used defamation against other car lots just to get me to buy from them. Told me I had to get the car that night or if i came back the next day I would have to start my application all over again and could possibly lose the car. Told me to sign paperwork just for them to run my credit, access hippa and other small things but actually had me sighing to buy the car and I didn’t even make the down payment first. Wow!! If you want a car lot that’s full of illegal ways this is the one for you! Can’t wait until I go back with my legal team for these guys.
