Called Citywide on a Wednesday with a main line clog from tree roots and it was completely resolved and repaired by Thursday afternoon. And it was not a small job! Harry and his workers were exemplary. We could not have asked for more competent, efficient, respectful, and clean plumbers to help us with what could’ve been a much more stressful situation. My husband and I are beyond satisfied and would definitely use Citywide again. We highly recommend!!

This is the second time I have used this company. They are terrific, reasonably priced and clean up the area. Both times it was quick and knew what was wrong. I will use them and definitely pass their company around to my neighbors family and friends. Thanks for changing a stressful morning into a GREAT day!!
City Wide comes quickly day or night. I was disappointed, however that they charge a service fee just to come tell me that my cesspool is full, then they do not come until the next day to drain it. Of course, I am charged for 2 service calls. Then, when it was determined that my pipe to the cesspool had a clog (which turned out to be 2 clogs), they had to send ANOTHER truck to perform that service. Not exactly one stop shopping! The service men are always so friendly and explain everything. I find their prices are a little high, but when you can’t use your bathroom, I am willing to pay to get it fixed ASAP. Overall, a good company. I would deduct a star if their servicemen weren’t so personable. Jose is the BEST!
Called early in the morning, had a clog backing up sewage into the slop sink downstairs. They scheduled a plumber to come within 2 hours. Plumber Frank arrived in about 1 1/2 hours. Gloved and masked(the machine was \gloved and masked\ also). Frank came in, found the problem, and had us going again in about 20 minutes. He was polite, courteous, professional, and showed genuine concern for us. He cleaned up when done. Very neat worker(There was almost no mess anyway). Job well done. Price was reasonable. I will not hesitate to call them again. Thank you Frank and Citywide!!!
