I engaged Justin and his firm while dealing with legal challenges stemming from a non-compete agreement and other business related matters. During a very challenging time, he was a consummate professional, timely, patient and made me feel at ease as he proved to be experienced in cases like mine. At the end, because of his work, we were the prevailing party and we were not only able to collect the damages I was entitled to, but all the costs incurred while defending my case as well. I continue to use his services and have recommended him to family, friends and colleagues. Justin Carlin was initially referred to me by my good friend who is an attorney but does not practice family law. Justin handled my extremely complex and difficult domestic violence divorce which also involved the children. Justin’s relentless battle for his clients through his extremely high knowledge of the law and ferocious litigation skills provided me with a positive outcome that I know no other attorney could have. What can be said about Mr Carlin? I can think of a few, he is fair, intelligent and works extremely hard for his clients. Mr Carlin is a breathe of fresh air in the attorney industry.
