First time ever being to this location got a recall a couple years back but the last owner of the car didn't know so I sent my car to go get a recall today and everybody was extremely friendly extremely nice took special care with the car this is my first time having a loan out car and it feels pretty cool they haven't finish fixing my car I just sent it in but I'll do a second review on after getting my car back but so far so good great customer service

David helped me find the car of my dreams. He was personable, helpful, and full of knowledge when it came to the Forester. Everyone I worked with at Carlsen Subaru was informative without being pushy and very transparent about pricing, financing, extended warranties, etc. I've already recommended Carlsen Subaru in Redwood City to two of my friends because the service was great. David also gave me his card that included his cell phone # for any questions/concerns I might have. I've already hit him up a couple of times and his responses were timely and helpful. I cannot recommend Carlsen Subaru enough! Great prices, nice inventory selection, and GREAT cars!
